Neelbauer Law LLC arose from the need for better legal services for our software industry and startup company clients as well as for the business community as a whole. Neelbauer Law disrupts last century’s law firm model by delivering smart, effective, and customized quality. What can Neelbauer Law LLC help you build?

During a decade of work in the software industry, I observed first-hand how small and mid-market companies, like my consulting firm, struggle to find affordable and responsive lawyers who also understand technical or scientific products and rapidly-evolving Internet law. I became an attorney after founding a successful business, because as an operations professional with a tech and science background, I knew that I was better qualified to serve the legal needs of modern businesses than the attorneys I met. Entrepreneurs and executives seek my advice regarding the challenges of launching, team growth, vendor negotiations, and preparing for investment. I love being a new kind of lawyer.
